Frequently asked questions
Can a Toronto condo be painted in one day?
Some smaller, simple, vacant-unit scopes can be completed very quickly, but one day should not be treated as a universal promise. Repairs, ceilings, trim, colour changes, furniture, and building logistics can extend the project.
Does a two-bedroom condo always take longer than a one-bedroom?
Usually there is more paintable area, but condition and scope can matter more than bedroom count. A clean vacant two-bedroom walls-only refresh may be simpler than a heavily repaired one-bedroom with ceilings, trim, doors, and multiple colours.
Should I paint before moving furniture into a condo?
If the timing allows, an empty unit generally gives painters easier access and reduces furniture protection and room-by-room sequencing. Share the possession and move dates when requesting a quote.
