Frequently asked questions
Should I repaint my whole house before selling?
Not necessarily. The right pre-listing scope depends on colour, wall condition, lighting, damage, and which rooms dominate the listing photos and buyer experience. Targeted repainting can be more efficient than a full-home repaint.
Can painting be completed before a staging installation?
Yes, and that is usually the cleaner sequence. Share the staging and photography dates so the paint work can be planned before furniture and accessories arrive.
Do you work directly with realtors and stagers?
Yes. We can scope painting for a seller directly or coordinate around the timeline provided by their realtor or stager.
What colours are best before listing?
There is no single correct colour for every property. The goal is usually to reduce distraction, work with existing fixed finishes, and make the rooms feel bright and coherent in person and on camera.
