Not necessarily. The right pre-listing scope depends on colour, wall condition, lighting, damage, and which rooms dominate the listing photos and buyer experience. Targeted repainting can be more efficient than a full-home repaint.

Yes, and that is usually the cleaner sequence. Share the staging and photography dates so the paint work can be planned before furniture and accessories arrive.
